Download the Firefox installer and save the file to the desktop. ![]() You can do a clean reinstall and delete the Firefox program folder before (re)installing a fresh copy of the current Firefox release. So, either Windows Safe Mode and Firefox Safe Mode didn't help at all? (I will remove the solution as you still seem to have the problem) ![]()
